Zeta-TCP refers to a set of AppEx Networks’ proprietary AI-based algorithms aiming at improving the end-to-end performance of Transmission Control Protocol (TCP), regardless of whether the peer is Zeta-TCP or any other TCP protocol stack, in other words, to be compatible with the existing TCP algorithms. Zeta-TCP primarily provides the following improvements:

  • Congestion avoidance based on both latency and loss measures.
  • Improved loss-detection algorithm.
  • Reverse control.

Real-Time TCP (RTT) tunnel embeds ZetaTCP™ algorithms to significantly improve transmission speed and stability of CloudWAN. RTT is further enhanced with algorithms to enable graceful path switch with application/user agnostic effect.

We have POPs on all the continents except for Antarctica. We currently have 19 POPs in South America, located in Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.

Most of our POPs are deployed on public clouds. For area with no public cloud presence, we also use private data centers. We never rely on resources from a single cloud operator or a single service provider when building our private backbone. This gives us great flexibility. And our proprietary technology ensures MPLS-level SLA over hybrid underlay infrastructures.
