Responsibilities:
- Provide support on SD-WAN product debugging and troubleshooting;
Complete SD-WAN project delivery, handle urgent business requests and issues from customers; - Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports as required by the project;
- To lead a strong team for customer services in Kuala Lumpur.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in network device debugging project with indepth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and routing switch;
- Good command of both spoken Chinese and English;
- Occasional business trip to Southeast Asian countries such as China, Japan, Korea, etc;
- 2-3 years of experience in project management and team leading.
